We are located over in Maan, near Pune, at Gat Number 362/2 in Bodkewadi. This area is a bit different from the heart of Pune City because it feels a little more open, though it is definitely getting busier every year. Our office is pretty simple, reflecting the more rural-turning-urban vibe of Maan. We have a basic setup with the essential furniture and not much else. There is a lot of dust from the nearby construction, which is just part of the landscape around here. We spend our days dealing with land and property matters, often meeting people right out on the sites rather than just sitting behind a desk. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t wear suits or have big boardrooms. Usually, if we need to talk, we just pull up a chair wherever there’s space. The weather out here can get quite hot, so we appreciate the shade when we can find it. Being in Bodkewadi means we are close to the tech hubs but still far enough away to feel like we are in a different world. We know the local landmarks and the best shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It is a no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s no corporate polish here, just some regular folks doing property work in a developing part of the district.
