We are based in Flat 101 of Madhu Apartments. You can find us at Plot No 1 in Sector 11L, which is right on Matheran Road in New Panvel. This is in the Raigad district. The name we use for our business is Non. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't look like a typical place of business from the outside. Gb Hambarde is the name associated with this address. We’ve turned this apartment into our workspace because it’s quiet and easy for us to manage. New Panvel is a part of the city that is always growing, with new shops and apartments popping up every month. We don't have a storefront with a big display window or anything like that. It’s just a regular flat where we sit and get through our tasks. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we end up walking up the stairs, which is a bit of a workout for us. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on what needs to be done each day. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us working together. We drink a lot of tea and coffee throughout the day to keep ourselves going. The rainy season here can be quite intense, but we like the sound of the rain against the windows. We don't need a massive office.
