Nirmansdm Ventures Llp is located in Office 205 at the City Centre building. It’s right on Karve Road in the Erandwane area of Pune. This is a pretty well-known part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s in a good spot for us to get to every morning. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit, and it’s become quite familiar. Karve Road can be a nightmare with traffic during rush hour, so we’ve learned to time our arrivals just right. Inside the office, it’s pretty quiet. We have our desks set up and some basic furniture. We aren't into the whole startup culture with bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have chairs and computers. Our work involves various ventures and projects that keep us busy from morning until evening. Most of the time, we’re just focused on the details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a regular job for us. We like being in Erandwane because everything is close by—cafes, shops, and the bank. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a small team in room 205 trying to do things the right way. It’s a practical setup that works for our needs without any unnecessary fuss. We just focus on our projects and try to stay productive throughout the week.
