We've been at the B207/8 Prathmesh building in Gokhele Nagar for a while now. If you know Janwadi in Pune, you know how busy it gets around here. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with the narrow streets and all the bikes, but it’s home for Nirmal Life Style. Mostly, we spend our days looking at floor plans or dealing with site updates. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Pune has changed a lot, especially this part of town near the university area. We started out just wanting to build decent spaces where families could actually live without too much trouble. It's not always easy with all the paperwork and the unpredictable weather, but we keep at it. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for people to find us, but once you get to the Prathmesh building, it's pretty quiet inside. We usually have tea around four and talk about whatever project is giving us a headache that day. It’s just a group of us here trying to make things work. We don't really do the big corporate stuff, just regular construction and lifestyle projects that make sense for the people around here. If you happen to be in Janwadi, you might see our sign. It's nothing special, just a regular local business trying to do right by the folks who hire us to build their homes or offices. We've got a small staff and we like it that way. It keeps things simple for everyone.
