You’ll find us at Nikhil Vedanta Future Realty LLP over on S B Road. We’re located in the Nikhil Group office at Plot No 65, right in the Shree Shivaji CHS area behind the ICC Towers. S B Road is one of the most famous stretches in Pune, so there’s always a lot of energy around. We’re tucked just behind the big glass towers, which is a bit quieter than the main road. Our team focuses on the property market in this part of the city. We aren't corporate types who use a lot of jargon. We just talk like regular people. Most of our time is spent managing listings and talking to people who want to move into the area. It’s a good spot to be in because everything is so close by. The office is a busy place, with people coming in and out all day. We try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. Real estate involves a lot of small details, and we do our best to keep track of them all. We’ve been part of the S B Road scene for a bit now. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done before the day is over. It’s a simple business, really. We like what we do and we like the neighborhood.
