Nikhil Real Estate

Nikhil Real Estate is my small office located right opposite Nandraj Sankul. We are on Oil Mill Road in the Aravind Nagar area of Sangavi. It’s basically just a room with a couple of desks, some chairs for people to sit on, and a bunch of files. I spend most of my day talking to people who want to rent a flat or sell a small plot of land around here. It's not a big fancy office with glass walls. We have a ceiling fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on high. I’ve lived in Sangavi for years, so I know which streets get flooded and which ones are quiet at night. People come in to ask about prices or just to have a tea and talk about the neighborhood. Sometimes I’m out looking at properties, so the door might be locked for an hour or two. I usually leave a note or my number on the glass. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. We deal with the local paperwork and try to help people figure out the mess of documents. It’s hard work sometimes, dealing with buyers and sellers who can’t agree. But we’ve helped a lot of families find a place to stay in this part of town. Just a simple local business.
