Next Home Properties is located right in Pune City, not too far from Anup Bakery. If you know that bakery, you know exactly where we are. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps us pretty active most days. We deal with houses and land around here. People stop in all the time asking about what’s available or if we know someone looking to move. Since we’re so close to the bakery, the smell of fresh bread usually drifts into our office in the mornings. It’s a nice little perk of being at this spot. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the Pune streets well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different properties. The office isn't very large, mostly just some filing cabinets and a couple of desks where we drink our tea and look over listings. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we manage. We’ve been near Anup Bakery for some time now, so we’ve become a part of the local scenery. Selling or buying a home is a lot of work, and we just try to help people get through the paperwork without too much stress. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about the local market and let them decide. It's a straightforward way to do business in the city.
