New Sahyadri Industries Ltd. is located at 39/D in Swastik House. We are right on Gultekadi J.N. Road. If you know where the Apsara Theater is, we are directly opposite that. It is a well-known spot in the area. Swastik House is an old building, and we have been in this unit for a good long time. Gultekadi is always buzzing with activity. Being across from the theater means there is always something going on outside our windows. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our address is 39/D, and we try to keep things organized in here. It is not a very big space, but for New Sahyadri Industries Ltd., it is exactly what we need. We spend our days handling the usual business stuff. The building has that old-school feel to it, which we like. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. People stop by and ask for directions because of the theater across the street. We just point them the right way. It is a straightforward place to work. J.N. Road is a main artery, so getting here is usually pretty easy for everyone. We are just a local industry doing our part here in Gultekadi. Most days are busy, but we don't mind the pace of the city life.
