Neuleaf Island Llp

We go by Neuleaf Island Llp and we are located in the Model Colony area of Pune City. Our office is in a building called Apoorva Hira, specifically on the third floor, flat number 3. The address is S No 1119/8 and FPNO 496/B-5. Model Colony is actually a pretty nice part of Pune, usually quite green and a bit calmer than the main city center. Our office is basically a converted residential flat, which gives it a more relaxed, homey feel than a cold glass building. We have a small kitchen area where we make our tea and a balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when the work gets a bit much. It is not a very big team here, so we all know each other well. There are usually books and papers scattered around the desks. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; we just wear what is comfortable. The building itself is older and has that classic Pune charm. Sometimes the lift is a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a good way to get some exercise, I guess. We focus on our tasks and try to keep things moving along. There isn't any grand story behind us. We are just a group of people working out of a flat in a quiet neighborhood. It suits us just fine and we have everything we need right here in this corner of Pune.
