We run Networth Axen Llp from a flat in Kakade Township, over in Keshav Nagar. It’s Building D, Flat No. 17. Pune is expanding so fast, and this area has changed a lot since we first moved in. Our office is basically a converted residence, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable than a standard office building. We deal with investment planning and helping people figure out what to do with their savings. There’s a small group of us here. We spend a lot of our time staring at market charts on our monitors and having long discussions about where things are heading. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a sign in the lobby. Most people find us through word of mouth. We like to keep things informal. If you come over, we’ll probably just offer you a seat on the sofa and talk through your finances like regular people. There’s no pressure and no corporate talk. We just want to help people make sensible choices. The township is usually full of kids playing and people walking their dogs, so it’s a nice environment to work in. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the grounds just to clear our heads. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary overheads. We just focus on the numbers and the people we’re helping with their money.
