Neeren Ranadive Associates

I’m part of Neeren Ranadive Associates. Our office is located in Pune, at 49 436 Gokhale Nagar, which is actually in the care of Nitin M Alkunte. It is a small space tucked away in a residential part of the city. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us working together in a quiet environment. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s much calmer than being in the center of Pune. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and plenty of files stacked up in the corners. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we are all there at once, but we make it work. We usually start our day by sorting through the mail and seeing what needs our attention first. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes go to get a bit of fresh air. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with clients. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and do the tasks that are in front of us. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we like the local feel of Gokhale Nagar. It can get quite rainy during the monsoon.
