Neepnil Investments

We are located in Wanowarie, right at Shraddha Regency. It’s a nice spot because we are opposite Kedhari Garden. Sometimes when the office gets too quiet, I look out at the trees. We help people with their money and where to put it so it grows a bit over time. It is not like those big banks where no one knows your name. Here, we sit down and talk about what someone actually needs for their future. Most of our clients are neighbors or people who live in the nearby buildings. We deal with a lot of paperwork. Forms for this and forms for that. It can be tedious but it has to be done right. The office is simple. A few desks, some filing cabinets, and a place for people to sit while we go over the different options. We don't use any fancy talk or complicated financial words if we can help it. It’s better to keep things clear. Sometimes people come in just to ask a quick question about their savings. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in the community. The evenings are busy when people finish work and stop by on their way home. We usually stay open a bit late to catch them. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything is tracked properly and the investments are handled with care. We like the pace of things here in Wanowarie and stay busy.
