Nayana Jagtap

Nayana Jagtap here. I live and work out of Rajyog Township in the Dhayari Park area. It’s right off Sinhagad Road in Pune. My place is in the B-4 wing on the seventh floor. Being up on 701 gives a decent view of the surroundings, especially when it rains and the hills in the distance get green. This township is quite big, and a lot of families live here, so it’s always lively with kids playing. I’ve been in Pune for a long time. I started this business because I wanted something I could manage while staying close to my home. It’s a small operation, mostly just me handling the day-to-day things. The apartment is where all the work happens, or at least where all the paperwork gets filed. Sinhagad Road is always packed with traffic, so I prefer staying in and working from the flat instead of commuting. It’s comfortable and I have everything I need right here. I don't really care for fancy titles or having a big staff. I just take the orders and get them done. Most of my clients are local people or friends of friends. It’s a very personal way of doing things. Sometimes I work late into the night when the whole building is quiet. The township has a nice park downstairs where I go for a walk in the evenings. It helps clear my head after a long day. This isn't a corporate setup. It's just a regular person trying to do good work from home.
