We are located in the Alok Society, which is over in the Navi Peth area. If you are looking for us, we are right near the S.P.M. School in Saneguruji Nagar. It is a nice, established part of the city, and we have been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We deal with property and houses, which mostly means we spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at different buildings around Navi Peth. Our office isn't very large; it’s just a comfortable place where we keep our files and meet with folks who are looking for a place to stay or sell. Being so close to the S.P.M. School means it gets a bit lively when the kids are coming or going, but we like the energy of the area. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy sales pitches. We just know the local streets and which buildings are coming up for rent or sale. It’s a lot of walking around and keeping our ears to the ground. We have lived and worked in Saneguruji Nagar long enough to know the history of many of the homes here. We are just regular people trying to help our neighbors find the right spot for their families. We don't have a big corporate mission; we just want to do right by the people who walk through our door in Alok Society. It is a quiet, steady way to make a living in a neighborhood we love.
