Navgire Properties

Navgire Properties is located at 605/18 on the Chinchwad Ati Road. We are in the Vaishnavi area, which is a place many people know around here. The office is pretty basic, but it has everything we need to keep things moving. Chinchwad Ati Road can get quite busy, especially during the peak hours, but we like being where people can easily reach us. We have been handling property matters from this location for quite some time. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't go in for anything flashy. Most days involve looking over paperwork and meeting with people who are interested in the local market. Vaishnavi is a good spot to be based in. Our space at 605/18 is easy to spot once you are on the main road. We have a few chairs for visitors and a couple of desks where we manage the files for Navgire Properties. It’s a bit lived-in, but that’s because we are actually here doing the work every day. We know the local landscape quite well. People in Chinchwad often stop by just to ask a quick question about a piece of land or a house. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, working out of our office on the Ati Road. We prefer keeping things low-key and just focusing on the property tasks we have in front of us. It is a local business that works for the local people.
