Nai Property Terminus

Our office for Nai Property Terminus is on the Mezzanine Floor of the A Wing in the Icc Trade Tower. This is on Senapati Bapat Road, which is a very busy part of the city with a lot of cars and offices. Being on the mezzanine floor means we are slightly removed from the main lobby noise, but we still see everyone coming in. The office is a bit more modern than some, given it’s in the Trade Tower, but we keep the atmosphere fairly relaxed. We have our desks set up with computers and a lot of filing cabinets for the various property records we handle. Most of our work involves managing commercial spaces and some residential ones in the surrounding area. We spend a lot of time checking emails and making sure all the legal documents for the properties are in order. Senapati Bapat Road is a good location because it is easy for people to find us, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't have any scripted speeches for when people call. We just talk about the available square footage and the price. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a contract or wait for a client who is stuck in traffic on the main road. It is a steady routine of paperwork and meetings that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week without much change.
