N 5 Properties

You can find N 5 Properties at 244 Bhandarkar Road, right on the Pipe Line Road in the Sawatmali area. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and chairs where we handle the paperwork. Bhandarkar Road is usually quite busy with people going back and forth, and the Pipe Line Road area has its own pace. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we don’t mind it much. We mostly spend our time talking to folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking listings every day. We aren't trying to be some huge company; we just focus on this local area because we know it well. Sawatmali is a decent neighborhood to work in. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the computers. The walls in here could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We just care about getting the details right for the people who walk in. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. No big speeches or complicated talk, just honest work on Bhandarkar Road.
