Our office is located at Office No.6 on the second floor of Building A in Modi Baug. It’s situated right along Ganesh Khind Road in the Bhamburda area. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always moving. M-PRAEDIUM ESTATE LLP is basically just us working through property deals and managing estates from this space. It’s a professional building, but our office feels like a normal working environment where things get done without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a place or trying to figure out what to do with their land. The walk up to the second floor is part of the daily routine. Modi Baug is a well-known spot, so it’s not hard for people to find us when they need to talk about real estate. We don’t use a lot of complicated words for what we do. It’s just about connecting people with the right property and making sure the paperwork is handled correctly. Some days are long, especially when there are a lot of documents to go through, but that is just how the estate business works. We keep things simple here. There are no big corporate vibes, just a few people in an office trying to stay on top of the local market trends and helping out whoever walks through the door.
