Mittal Property

We have been based at 481 in the Market Yard area of Erandwane for a long time now. It is a pretty busy part of town with a lot of noise and people moving around, but we like being in the middle of it all. Mittal Property isn’t some big corporate office with fancy glass windows and a front desk. It is just a simple place where we sit down with people and talk about real estate. Most of our day is spent looking through local listings or helping someone figure out where they want to live. We know the streets around Erandwane very well because we spend so much time walking to different sites. If you are looking for a house or a shop, we usually have a good idea of what is available nearby. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. If a place has a leaky roof or bad parking, we will tell you. It’s just how we work. Dealing with property can be a real headache for folks, so we try to keep the process as simple as possible. We open up every morning and stay until the work is done. It is honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If you are ever passing through Market Yard, you will see our sign.
