We’ve been at Monika Apartment in Shah Colony for a while now. It’s a quiet spot right across from Samarth Vidyalaya. Most people find us by looking for the Talegaon station first because that’s the easiest landmark to give. Milind Pokharkar And Associates isn’t some massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us working on local projects from our office at Plot No 21. Talegaon Dabhade is where we are rooted. Sometimes the traffic near the station gets a bit much during the rush hours, but it’s a good place to be for our line of work. We handle the paperwork and all the design drawings right here in this office. If you are walking down from the station, you just head towards the school and we are right there on the plot. It’s an apartment setup, so it feels more like a home than some fancy glass office building in the city center. People drop by to talk about their house plans or just to check on how things are moving along with their municipal files. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see us at our desks with a lot of papers and blueprints spread out everywhere. It gets pretty messy when we have multiple sites going at once. We know the local area well because we live and work right here in Pune. Being in Shah Colony makes it easy to visit sites around Talegaon without spending all day in a car. It’s just how we run things.
