Milind Chorge & Associates

We are located at Bahupati Road Gokul Nagar, specifically in Office No. 306 on Plot No. 5. Milind Chorge & Associates is a small team. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and arguing about where a structural beam should go. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think about architecture and consulting. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of tiles and wood scattered around. We moved to Gokul Nagar because it’s a practical spot for us to reach different sites. We don't spend money on fancy marketing stuff. Most of our work comes from people just telling their friends about us. We do our best to stay on top of things, but sometimes the traffic on Bahupati Road makes us late for meetings, which is just life in this city. We handle the technical side of building and planning. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and then going out to stand in the sun at a construction site. There are four of us usually, plus whoever is helping out that week. We don't have a corporate vibe here at all. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on don't have leaks and stay standing for a long time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough.
