Our office is situated in Aundh, specifically at Flat Number 1204 in the Prism building. It is located on Survey Number 6 and 7. Being on the twelfth floor gives us a pretty wide view of the Aundh area, which is one of the nicer parts of Pune to work in. The building itself is quite modern, but our office inside is just a regular workspace. We have some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a small area where we keep the kettle for making tea. Most of the day is spent going through property listings or speaking with people who are looking to buy or sell something in the city. We aren't the type to use big words or pretend we are something we are not. It’s just a small group of us trying to keep up with the real estate market. The elevators in the Prism building can be slow during the lunch hour because so many people are using them, so we've learned to plan our errands around that. Aundh is a lively place with a lot of cafes and shops, though we mostly stick to the office. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets finished on time. It’s a comfortable enough spot, and we’ve made it our own over the months with a few personal photos and old calendars on the walls.
