Megartha Realty Llp. Our shop is number 102 in the Moraya Business Center. We are located in G Block, Plot No. GP115 over in the MIDC area. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. The business center itself is quite busy during the week. We’ve got a modest setup here. It’s where we manage our real estate tasks. Being in MIDC means we see a lot of commercial activity. People come to us asking about warehouse space or industrial plots, and sometimes residential stuff too. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs. It’s more of a working space where we keep our maps and property files. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and the afternoons out on the field. The parking can be a bit of a hassle in G Block sometimes, but we manage to find a spot. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the neighbors. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We don’t go for big presentations; we just talk to people and show them what’s available on our lists. It’s a down-to-earth way of doing things. The office is small but it serves its purpose. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The kettle is usually on if someone wants a cup of tea.
