Meet Property Adviser

We are located in Pimple Saudagar, right near Hotel Shivar Garden. If you know that landmark, you’ve probably seen our sign. Meet Property Adviser isn't a massive real estate firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just us here, helping people figure out where they want to live or invest. Pimple Saudagar has changed so much since we first started. It used to be much quieter, but now there are apartments and shops popping up on every corner. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood, looking at new developments, and talking to owners. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. Usually, people just come in, sit down for a bit, and we tell them honestly what the market looks like. Sometimes the news isn't what they want to hear, but we think it's better to be straight with people. Buying a house or a piece of land is a big deal, so we try not to rush anyone. Our office is small and simple. We have a few maps on the wall and a lot of notebooks filled with details about different properties. It gets a bit busy during the weekends when everyone is out looking for homes, but we enjoy the pace. We aren't here to promise the world, just to help you find a place that fits. It’s a local business run by local people who actually live in the area and care about what happens here.
