We spend most of our time at 801 Rohan Tapovan, which is tucked away just behind the Baramati Hostel in the Ganeshkhind area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads around here, which we actually quite like for getting work done. Most mornings start with just opening up the windows and checking what needs to be sorted for the day. Being near a hostel means there is always some movement around, but it stays pretty peaceful once you get inside the building. Finding the right block can be a little confusing for people who haven't been here before, so we often end up giving directions over the phone. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything like that. Our day is mostly just sitting at the desk, handling whatever comes in, and making sure the files and papers are in order. It’s a simple routine, and we’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us pretty well. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is just part of the daily life here. We usually keep things pretty informal. There isn't much of a corporate vibe in this office. We just focus on the tasks we have for Meena Mutha and try to get through the pile of work before the sun goes down and the hostel students start heading out for their dinner.
