Just a small office in Pashan. We've been at Om Shanti Complex for a while. It's right near Vighnaharta Chowk. Most days we are just sitting here talking to people about houses or shops. It's not a big fancy setup. Just a desk and some chairs. People come in, ask about rentals or buying something small. We know the neighborhood well because we're here every day. Sometimes it's quiet, sometimes it's busy. We don't do big ads. Just word of mouth mostly. If someone needs a place, they drop by. The traffic at the chowk can get loud in the evenings. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure things go okay. It’s just how we earn a living. Nothing special or complicated. We see the same faces walking past the shop every morning. Pashan has changed a lot, more buildings now. But we stay in the same spot at number 3. It’s easy to find us if you know the landmark. We keep the files organized as much as we can. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open. That’s just part of being near the road. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for clients. If you're looking for us, look for the Om Shanti sign. We'll probably be inside. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, just a local one that knows the streets here. We've seen kids grow up and houses get rebuilt. That's life.
