Maverick Hat Marketing Technologies Llp is based out of the Sai Residency building in Ambegaon BK, Pune. We are up on the 8th floor in Wing A. It’s a newer part of the city and the view from the eighth floor is actually quite good when the weather is clear. We work on marketing tech, which basically means a lot of data and software work for our clients. The office is a regular flat converted into a workspace. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but that doesn't happen often. We have our desks set up in the main room and spend most of our hours there. It's a small group of us, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate office at all. We prefer it that way. There is no receptionist or a waiting area with magazines. If you come by, you'll just see us working. We started Maverick Hat because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate rules. We keep our overheads low by being in Ambegaon. The neighborhood is still developing, so there's always some construction noise nearby. We don't mind it much. We just focus on the code and the marketing tools we are building. It’s a practical place to run a business and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the last couple of years. We just keep our heads down and do the work we need to do.
