Master Urban Nidhi Limited

Master Urban Nidhi Limited has its office in the Sadashiv Peth area of Pune. We are specifically located on the 5th floor of Ashirwad Apartments in Limayewadi. It is a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we are used to it. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We work as a Nidhi company, which means we spend our time managing the savings of our members. It’s a lot of small transactions every day. We see many of the same people coming in to deposit their savings or ask about a loan for a new business or a family event. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have more than three or four visitors at once. We have desks pushed up against the walls and plenty of files stacked up in the corners. Pune is a busy city, and Sadashiv Peth is always full of activity, so it’s nice to come up to the 5th floor where it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a big bank with a lot of branches, just this one spot where we do all our work. Our staff is small, and we mostly just focus on keeping the books balanced and making sure every member is taken care of. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps us busy and we feel like we are doing something useful for the local folks.
