If you are looking for us, we are right on Karve Road in Bhosale House. It’s number 13/2. Most people just look for the Kalyan Jewellers next door because their sign is so big you can’t miss it. Our office is in a pretty old part of Pune, which means the roads are tight and the energy is high. We’ve been based here for a bit, and we’ve grown used to the constant sound of horns and the general bustle of Karve Road. Inside the office, things are pretty simple. We have a few desks pushed together and a water cooler that makes a loud gulping sound every hour. We handle a lot of real estate inquiries, mostly from locals or people moving into the neighborhood. It’s not a big corporate space with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, drinking chai and making phone calls. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the printer jams when we’re in a hurry, but we manage. Being in Bhosale House feels like being part of the neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often see the same faces every morning. It’s a practical place to work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We are just here to do the job and help people with their property questions whenever they drop by or call us up.
