You can find us at the Cinderala Apartment in Viman Nagar, specifically in the Kadirenahalli New Colony area. We are right near the Cosmos Bank, which makes it easy to explain to people who haven't been here before. Maria Real Estates is a small operation. We basically handle the local houses and apartments around this part of town. It’s a nice neighborhood, and we’ve seen it grow over the years. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit down and talk about what people are looking for. We don't use those scripted sales pitches. Usually, we just sit with a cup of tea and go through the listings. Some days it’s hectic with people moving in or out, and other times it's just us making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right so there aren't problems later. We know the landlords and we know the streets. If a place has a leaky tap or a noisy neighbor, we usually hear about it. We try to be helpful without being pushy. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a decent place to live or a fair price for their property. We stay in the New Colony because it's where we fit in. It’s just everyday work for us, helping one person after another without any grand claims.
