Marathe Property

So, we are set up in Tower No- 2 of the World Trade Center in Kharadi. Being in Office No 802 means we see a lot of the activity happening around here. Marathe Property isn't about those big, flashy advertisements you see everywhere. We mostly focus on getting the work done for people looking at spaces in this part of Pune. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and documents because there is always something going on in Kharadi. It’s a fast-paced area, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help find properties. Some days are long, especially when we're trying to match someone with the right spot, but that's how it goes. You have to be patient in this business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot from our window in Tower 2. People come in with all sorts of questions about leases or buying, and we just give them the facts as we know them. It’s a practical way to run things. No one here is trying to be a corporate giant; we just want to make sure the folks who walk into Office 802 get what they came for. It's a lot of talking and a lot of looking at floor plans, day in and day out. We're just regular people working in a big building.
