Manthan Architect

Our office is over at Aundh G I D C Industrial Estate, specifically at unit 12. Being in an industrial area means things can get a bit loud with the trucks and nearby factories, but it suits us just fine. Manthan Architect isn't some high-rise firm with glass walls. We have a solid door and plenty of space for our drafting boards. Most of our day is spent looking at building codes or talking to vendors about steel and cement. We deal with a lot of different types of buildings, from small sheds to bigger warehouses. It's practical work. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to clients. We just tell them what can be built and how much it might cost. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and the security guard at the gate usually knows when we're finally heading home. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend that time finishing a client's floor plan. It gets dusty here because of the estate roads, but we don't mind much. Everyone around here is working hard, and we’re just part of that. We take our notes on yellow pads and keep our rulers handy. It’s a straightforward way to run an architecture practice without all the extra fuss.
