Mangalmurti Real Estate is based out of the Nikash Lawns area in Pashan. We are right on the Pashanbaner Link Road, close to Sus Road. It is an area that is seeing a lot of new buildings go up lately. I have lived around here for years, so I know which plots are good and which ones have water issues. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls. It is just a small space where we keep the maps and the property listings. People stop by to ask about rentals or if anyone is selling their flat nearby. We do not do any high-pressure sales stuff. We just tell you what the prices are and what the owners are like. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit and drink tea with the neighbors. Other times, it is non-stop phone calls. We know most of the developers around Pashan and Sus. It is a lot of walking around and showing people different places, even when the sun is really hot. We are not some corporate agency from the city.
