Our office is in the Alpine Aura building, specifically unit A-202, located at Borhadewadi in Pune. We are out near survey numbers 371, 382, and 384. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s closer to the fields where the actual work happens. We call ourselves an agrotech company, which sounds more complicated than it really is. Mostly, we just look for better ways to handle farming using whatever technology we can get our hands on. Some days that means looking at data on a screen, and other days it means standing in a muddy field trying to figure out why an irrigation sensor stopped working. Pune is growing so fast that the landscape changes every month. It’s hard to keep up sometimes. We are a small team and we don't have any fancy corporate culture. We drink a lot of tea and try to solve one problem at a time. The office is usually cluttered with parts and papers. We make mistakes, and sometimes the tech doesn't work the way we hoped, but we just keep trying. It’s a lot of trial and error. We are just local people trying to make sense of how farming fits into a modern world. It’s not always pretty, but it is honest work that needs to be done. We just keep plugging away at it day after day until the job is finished.
