Maivanarai Agro Farm Private Limited operates out of Flat No-303 in the Sairam Apartments. We are located at number 52/1/1 1/8 1/3 in Ambegaon Kh. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we do all our administrative stuff. While the actual farming happens elsewhere, this apartment is the hub for our agro farm business. We started this because we wanted a more organized way to manage our agricultural work. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a few close associates. The living room often looks more like a warehouse office with folders and maps spread out everywhere. We don't have any corporate polish here. If you visit, you’ll probably be offered a cup of water and a seat on a plain chair. We are just trying to grow our business step by step. Ambegaon Kh is a good area for us, and being in an apartment keeps things quiet so we can focus on the logistics. We deal with the daily grind of farming business, which isn't always exciting but it’s necessary to get things to market. We aren't using any fancy software or big marketing tactics. We just rely on what we know about the land and the local markets. It is a simple operation run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty when they aren't stuck doing paperwork in the flat during the week.
