Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It's a practical space where we handle our daily business. We deal with real estate projects and property management. It’s mostly just paperwork and meetings. The office is functional, nothing too flashy. We’ve got a few desks and a place to sit if someone comes by to chat for a bit. Most of our work involves checking on sites or talking to clients over the phone. Being in Ganesh Chamber makes it easy for people to drop in since Karve Road is such a major stretch of the city. Sometimes it gets quite loud with the buses going past, but you stop noticing it after a few months. We like the energy of the area though. There’s always somewhere to grab a quick tea nearby. We aren't a massive corporation, just a small group of people working together. We try to keep things simple and honest. Most days are spent sorting through documents or looking at new listings.
