We operate out of 734 Sadashiv Peth, specifically in the Ayodhya Apartment. Sadashiv Peth is one of those old, traditional parts of the city where the streets are narrow and there’s a lot of history in the buildings. Being in an apartment building means our space feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have our files, our computers, and a few chairs for when people come to talk to us. As corporate advisors, we spend most of our time dealing with papers, regulations, and phone calls. It’s quiet work for the most part. The neighborhood is full of small shops and other old residential buildings. Parking can be a real headache around here, which is something everyone in Sadashiv Peth knows about. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change, but the vibe stays mostly the same. Our office doesn't have a big sign outside or anything like that. We prefer to just do our work without much fuss. Inside Ayodhya Apartment, it’s just a normal setting. We drink a lot of tea while going through documents. It’s a practical way to run an advisory. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the apartment, and the work that needs to be done for the clients who find their way to our door in the Peth.
