We spend most of our time here at Majestique Cityview on the ninth floor. It’s right near Seven Loves Chowk in Gultekadi. The traffic downstairs gets pretty loud during rush hour, but up here it’s mostly quiet except for the hum of the AC. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now. Most mornings start with a quick tea from the stall around the corner before heading up the lift. The office itself isn't anything fancy, just a few desks, some chairs that squeak a bit, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We deal with property stuff every day, mostly answering calls and checking on sites across the city. Sometimes people just walk in looking for directions because the building is a bit of a landmark around here. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we usually keep the blinds down. Gultekadi is a busy place, always something happening on the street below. We know the security guards by name and they know us. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized. Looking out from the ninth floor, you can see a lot of the city rooftops. It’s a good spot to be, even if the commute through the Chowk is a headache most days. We don’t have any big corporate speeches to give. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in this building.
