MADHUSHA PROPERTIES LLP

We’re based out of Lane 5 in Koregaon Park, right in the Dorabjee Classic building at office 102. It’s usually pretty busy around here with all the cafes and people walking by, but we’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and paperwork related to local properties. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything like that. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, trying to keep track of what’s available in the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic on the lane gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but it's a good place to work. We know the area well because we spend so much time here. It’s a small team, nothing too big or complicated. We just handle the property side of things for people who ask. If you walk past Lane 05, you've probably seen the building. It isn't a huge corporate office with glass walls, just a regular space where we get things done. We keep things pretty straightforward. There's usually someone around if you have a question about a flat or a plot nearby. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs in Pune. The weather has been a bit hot lately, so the AC in the office is a lifesaver. That’s pretty much the story of MADHUSHA PROPERTIES LLP. We’re just local people working in real estate.
