Mac Win Sales & Services

Our shop is located at House No 10 in the Atharva Apartments. We’re in the Ganesh Mala area, right off Sinhagad Road in Panmala. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which we actually prefer over a big mall. Mac Win Sales & Services is where we handle computer repairs and sell various parts. We started this in a small way and haven't really felt the need to move. The apartment setup makes it feel more like a home office than a cold storefront. We have our regulars who live nearby and just walk over when their devices start acting up. It gets a bit busy on the weekends when people finally have time to deal with their tech issues. We aren't some massive service center with a numbered ticket system. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Most of the time, that's me or one of the guys. We have shelves full of components and old monitors we use for testing. Sinhagad Road is usually packed with traffic, but our little corner in Panmala stays relatively calm. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a big budget for ads. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back. It’s a simple way to run a business. We show up, fix what’s broken, and help customers find what they need.
