M S Knight Frank

We are over at Ishan Apartments in Warje, Pune. M S Knight Frank operates out of Flat Number 5 on Plot 38. It is inside the Shriram Society, which is a quiet enough place most of the time. Working from an apartment makes things feel a bit more relaxed than a big corporate tower. You have to ring the bell and wait for someone to open up. We have been in this spot for some time now. Pune is growing fast and Warje has changed a lot since we started. There is a lot of traffic on the main road nearby, but inside the society, it stays calm. We handle our daily business from here with just a few desks and some files. It is not a place for big meetings or shiny lobbies. Usually, it’s just two or three of us working through papers or talking on the phone. We don’t really do much in the way of big advertising. Most people who come to us are local or have been told about us by someone else in Pune. The space is a bit cramped when we get a lot of deliveries, but we manage. We like being in a residential area because it feels more like being part of the community. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the office. It’s just a basic setup for honest work. We keep our hours regular and try to help anyone who walks in. It is a steady way to live.
