You can find us at the Patil Complex on Bahu Patil Road. We are specifically at number 1, right near the corner of 41st Cross and 25th Main. It’s a local spot that most people in the neighborhood know. We’ve been doing real estate work here for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually cluttered with files, maps, and sometimes some spare parts from the landlord’s garage nearby. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the main desk. We spend most of our time dealing with the properties right around Bahu Patil Road and the nearby crosses. People come in looking for a small place to stay or wanting to put their family home on the market. We know the history of many of these buildings because we've been here so long. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and walking people through different houses. We don't use flashy brochures or anything fancy. We just tell it like it is. If a place has a leaky roof, we'll tell you. We want people to know what they are getting into. It’s a quiet way of doing business, mostly relying on our reputation in the local community. We just keep our doors open and wait for the next person to walk in with a property question. It’s what we know.
