Our company, M A And B Agro Product Private Limited, is situated in Pune. We are in the Hermesh Heritage phase two, specifically at Flat D3/26 in the Russet Society on Nagar Road. It’s a bit different from a farm because we’re in a residential society, but the work is all about agriculture. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer trying to connect what’s grown in the fields to where it needs to go. Being on Nagar Road makes it easy for transport, but it can get quite noisy with all the traffic. We aren't some massive corporation with floors of office space. It’s just a small team working out of a flat. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when we have a lot of paperwork or samples laying around. We just focus on getting agro products from point A to point B. We don't have a lot of time for polished brochures. Usually, we're just busy making sure the logistics don't fall apart. It’s practical work. We know the city well and use that to help our business move along. The society is quiet enough for work, and we just keep to ourselves mostly. It’s an honest way to earn a living, even if we are based in a flat instead of a barn.
