Empowered Learning Systems is located at Lord’s Manor in Sahaney Sujan Park. We are in unit 101. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is good for the kind of work we do. We focus on training and education materials. It is not a classroom in the traditional sense. We spend a lot of time on computers, putting together programs and looking at how people learn. It is just a small office setup. There are books and papers everywhere. We often have meetings around the main table to talk about new projects. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group of people who enjoy this kind of work. Sometimes we go out to visit clients, but a lot of the work happens right here. The building, number 49, is easy to find once you get into the park area. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the rhythm of the place. It isn't a flashy environment. We just have our desks and our equipment. We work on making things easier for others to understand. It takes a lot of trial and error. We don't really have a marketing team; we just do what we do and the work usually speaks for itself. The old printer in the corner makes a lot of noise, but it still works, so we keep it. It's a simple, productive atmosphere where we try to get things right.
