This Lkp Securities Ltd office is located in Pune, at Flat Num 8, A Wing of the Kalagram Soc. It is right near the Kothrud Depo on Paud Road. Being in a residential society makes it feel a bit different than working in a regular commercial building. It is much more relaxed and quiet. We use the flat as our daily workspace. There is a small kitchen where we make our tea and a main room where we have all the desks and computers set up. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. We have been in Kalagram Soc for a good amount of time. The people living in the society are used to us being here by now. It is a convenient spot because the bus depo is so close by. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us handling the daily entries and talking to the people who come in to see us. It is a quiet place for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out in the afternoon. We do not have any fancy corporate furniture. Most of it is just stuff we have gathered over the years that still works fine. We handle everything right from this flat. It is a very practical arrangement for a small team like ours. We prefer this over a noisy office.
