Our office is situated on BI Road near Goodluck Chowk. It is a very famous part of Kothrud. The exact spot is CTS 893/6 in S Nagar. If you know the area, you know how much energy there is around Goodluck Chowk. There is always someone grabbing a maska bun or tea nearby. We are LJB REALTY LLP, and we have been here for a bit. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for our desks and all the property files we need to keep. Kothrud is a great place to be because it is so central to everything in this part of Pune. We spend our days talking to people about houses and shops. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking documents at the government offices. We don't go in for fancy slogans or big advertisements. We just rely on being here and knowing the streets. The traffic on BI Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes we just sit and watch the crowds go by while we wait for a client. It is a solid, local way to run a business. We keep our paperwork organized and we stay busy with the local market. It is just a regular day for us in Kothrud.
