Link Estates

We’ve been here at Link Estates for a while now. The office is over at 107 Wanawadi 100 Ft Road, right in the Picasso Kedari Arcade. If you know the area, it is pretty close to Salunke Vihar Road. It gets busy around here during the day, especially with all the traffic on the 100 Ft Road. Most mornings start with getting the shutters up and seeing who is already out and about. We have got a small space in the arcade, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we handle things. The arcade itself has a lot of different people coming and going, which makes the day go by fast. Usually, we are just focused on whatever paperwork is on the desk or answering the phone when it rings. It is a good spot because people can find us easily enough once they get to the arcade. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We do not really do much big talk or have those shiny posters everywhere. It is just us working out of this spot near Salunke Vihar Road. Usually, it is just the sound of the fan and people talking outside in the hallway. We have seen a lot of changes around Wanawadi over the years, new shops opening up and others closing down. We just keep our heads down and do our part here at the arcade every day. It works for us.
