We operate out of Hadapsar, specifically at the A 13 location. Limra Real Estate isn't some giant chain with offices in every city. It’s just us here in this part of Pune. The office is pretty basic—we’ve got a few desks, some maps of the local area on the walls, and a lot of folders. People come to us when they’re looking for a place or trying to sell one. We know the Hadapsar area quite well because we spend so much time walking the streets and looking at properties. We don't wear suits every day unless we really have to. It’s a more relaxed atmosphere here. We just sit down with people and have a chat about what they need. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. We don't use those high-pressure sales tactics you hear about. It’s more about just showing what’s available and letting people decide for themselves. The A 13 spot is easy enough to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local shopkeepers recognize us. It’s a small business, run by people who actually live around here. We just take it one day at a time and try to help folks find a decent spot.
