Lilani Associate

Working out of Hermes Heritage on Nagar Road keeps us pretty busy most days. If you know this part of Pune, you know how the traffic can get outside. We have been here at Lilani Associate for some time now, just handling our daily business without much fuss. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a few old cupboards for our files. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or sitting across from people who live nearby. It’s a small team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, and we all have to take a minute to fix it. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings and fancy slides. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of chai and talk through what needs to be finished before the day ends. Being on Nagar Road is convenient because everything we need is close by. We’ve grown to know the shopkeepers downstairs quite well over the years. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we appreciate the people who keep coming back to see us. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past Hermes Heritage. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
