Life Active Physiotherapy & Smiling Clinic is based in No. 202 of the Turning Point Building, Phase I. We’re located near Datta Mandir Chowk in Viman Nagar. It’s a well-known area in Pune, and the building itself is easy enough to spot once you get to the chowk in Viman Nagar. We deal with people who are struggling to move around or who have some kind of injury that needs attention. The clinic is on the second floor, and we have a few rooms set up with mats and exercise gear. It’s not a gym, but it looks a bit like one sometimes with all the stretching going on. Viman Nagar is a lively place with lots of cafes and offices, so there is always something happening outside. Inside, we just focus on the stretches and the exercises. We don't use any fancy corporate language or try to sell people things they don't need. We just look at how someone is moving and try to help them do it better. Sometimes the clinic gets a bit noisy when we have several people working out at once, but it’s a good kind of energy. The staff here is used to the daily grind of Viman Nagar life. We like being near Datta Mandir Chowk because it’s a central point for everyone. If you’re coming for physio, you just head up to suite 202 and we’ll be there. It’s a straightforward place for people who want to stay active.
